In KBS2 'Reporters,' which is broadcast on the 9th, the second act of a nightmare, the scream of a returning couple is on the air.
■ What happened to the peasants who became a nightmare?
In a village in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, I visited after being informed that something horrible had happened to a couple who was returning home.
Reporter Kim Kyu-won began preparing to return home in 2008 to farm a small church with her husband, Kang.
Park Kwan-ho, a native of the village, offered them a government-supported strawberry seedling.
The couple invested about 350 million won in Park's words to guarantee 100 million won a year, and Park decided to take over the actual management of the farm, but it was a conflict with the endless deficit.
The couple have claimed that they have not received any proceeds to date, except that they have received only 30 million won in dividends once since the establishment of the union, and Mr. Park claims that they have continued to violate and assault the couple.
In 2013, her husband, Kang, was struck by Park Kwan-ho's cheek and was paralyzed from the left side of his body. After that, farm workers were mocked and harassed.
In the end, my husband, Kang, ended his life with a note saying he was sorry to his wife. What happened to these couples?
■ Partners who have become enemies, their conflicts not ending in death
Conflicts continue after Kang's death.
Lim's current husband, Lim Jung-won, who helped his wife, Kim, remained alone, was assaulted and threatened by Park Kwan-ho on several occasions and claimed to be assaulted by an excavator bucket in October.
Park insists, however, that the excavator incident is merely a manipulation mistake, but rather that Mr. Lim approached and hindered his career.
In addition, the assaults on the ex-husband Kang have all been blamed on Kim's verbal abuse and disturbed farming, and they claim that they are deliberately approaching and taking their farms from the beginning.
The couple now insist that the indigenous people, Park, are using their acquaintances and status to do various illegal things in the village, and the villagers know and tolerate it.
Park has been fined several times by constructing a village without an excavator license and illegally clearing the mountains.
The road pavement work last year also argued that it took place in Park's favor, ignoring the process of village meetings.
But Mr. Park confronts all the suspicions raised by Mrs. Kim as a lie and conspiracy to kick him out of the union. What is the truth in the mixed claims against each other?
