Passes away after battling cerebral hemorrhage

Veteran actress Oh Hyun-kyung, who has been on the Korean stage for plays and dramas for a long time, has passed away.

The deceased had been fighting the disease at a nursing hospital since collapsing from a cerebral hemorrhage in August last year, but passed away on the morning of the 1st.

Afterwards, she showed off her outstanding acting in various dramas such as 'Eyes of Dawn', 'Brilliant Dawn', 'The King and Rain', and 'Sea God'.

Oh Hyun-kyung's funeral was set up in room 12 of the funeral hall at Severance Hospital in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
