According to the bereaved family, Mr. Oh collapsed from a cerebral hemorrhage in August last year and passed away while fighting the disease at a nursing hospital.

Oh began her theater career while attending Seoul High School in 1954, and in 1961, she debuted as a KBS 1st Open Talent Talent.

Afterwards, he appeared on stage in various plays such as 'Spring Day', 'Mr. Maeng Jin-sa's Inspector', and 'Snow in March' and showed delicate and sincere acting, winning the Best Supporting Actor Award at the Dong-A Theater Awards and the Best Actor Award at the Korea Theater Awards.

His funeral was set up in room 12 of the funeral hall at Severance Hospital in Sinchon, Seoul. The funeral took place on the 5th, and the burial site was Cheonan Park Cemetery.
