Controversy over non-payment of employee wages for 2 years
It was belatedly confirmed that broadcaster Hong Rok-ki was declared personally bankrupt.
Hong Rok-ki applied for corporate rehabilitation procedures, but failed, and filed for personal bankruptcy in February of last year.
The court judged that it was possible to repay creditors with Hong Rok-gi's income from broadcasting activities and recommended rehabilitation procedures, but some creditors opposed the decision and decided to declare bankruptcy.
The court plans to hold the first creditors' meeting on the 22nd and distribute Hong Rok-ki's assets to creditors.
