The complaint filed by three former Fifty Fifty members for alleged breach of trust at the agency's CEO, Jeon Hong-jun, was decided not to be forwarded (no charges were filed).

Attract took a strong stance, saying, “We will hold accountable the tampering forces who took advantage of the members’ misunderstanding regarding corporate funds to encourage the accusation.”

Fifty Fifty's activities were halted last year when they filed a request to suspend their exclusive contract with Attract.

Attract notified the remaining three members of the termination of their exclusive contracts and is planning a comeback around June or July by selecting new members.
